Name of the Book: The Butterfly Lion   Author Michael Morpurgo                                                           Genre children's story Characters Bertie,Millie,The White Lion  Setting Timbavati in Africa,England,France Summary The Butterfly Lion is a story about a small boy named Michael Morpurgo.  He escaped from his boarding  school and ran away .He met a girl named Millie .Millie told him about Bertie  and all about there friendship and how Bertie fond The White Lion.He had to go to school in England and how Bertie meets Millie and goes to the Army . Did he find The White Lion? Lesson from book The lesson is all about friendship and how to never give up on something you love . My feelings about book I felt exited about the book in the start but then it got  very entrusting and it was very sad at the end I really liked the book.

The Grade 4 Camp

Last week we were on camp.We went to Simonsberg Christian Centre. When we were still at school we went on the bus and we were at Giraffe House and we got  of the bus and we were so happy and we had lounch then we had a show and there were so much animals.After that we  went to the camp it looked so fun I was very exited. We packed our stuff in our rooms . then we played lots of games I loved it. Then we had dinner the food was yummy. Then one night we went to the camp fire and we had elkanah got talent it was cool . I loved it hen we swam.It was the best camp ever.

Our visit to Sinai Academy

Last week we visited the  Sinai Academy in Bloubergstrand. The Rabbi was very nice and he told us all you bout Judaism. He also showed us the ram’s horn and the prayer shawl. It was very cool when we  looked at the Ark scrolls and we also saw  the mezuzah. All of the boys wore  a kippah. Then we went to Senior Primary were we sat at tables and we at challah bread and grape juice. liked it when the the children sang in Hebrew and we watched a video. It was a amazing  and it was the best day and I think that every one there was very nice . It was a very fun experience.
